Customer Service Officer cum Admin Job Requirements

  • Experienced candidates/ Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Creative, can-do attitude & energetic.
  • Able to multi-task, proactive and meticulous.
  • Computer literate
  • Able to support night shift (work from home)
Job Responsibilities
  • Print & sort orders
  • Attend to customers\' queries via live chats
  • Advise customers on order status
