Actively promote products and educate customers on promotional campaigns and product offerings within the station.
Proactively onboard customers onto petrol station's loyalty reward programs.
Promote and educate customers on station and oil company's fleet services.
Handle customer transactions using point of sale (POS) terminals while abiding by the company's customer service policies.
Resolve 1st level technical issues with related merchant support teams as and when needed.
Customer Service
Assist customers in resolving issues pertaining to the station's product & services.
Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Act as a point of contact between the station and head office customer support team (MYHQCSC Caltex).
Address customer enquiries pertaining government fuel subsidies and resolve any issues or queries pertaining to the matter.
Marketing and Event Management
Curate and manage station marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Track, monitor and manage stock levels for the convenience store and order supplies as needed.
Health & Safety Compliance
Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations.
