Fluent in both languages Mandarin (spoken) and English (verbal, read and write)
Able to write in fully Traditional Mandarin

Manage customer\'s queries via social media and email.
Become a product expert that helps customers with the best solution.
Delivery High End customer service to clients
Should be active on social media so could understand the customer\'s concern.
