Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent face-to-face customer service.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and among colleagues.
  • Provide excellent frontline service with professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • Share a positive attitude with fellow colleagues.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Friendly and approachable, service oriented and customer focused.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:

  • Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (Preferred)
  • Bahasa (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 11/16/2023
