Engage with customers via inbound messages and comments across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Xiao Hong Shu, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada
Assist customers throughout their buying journey by addressing questions and resolving issues with care and professionalism
Done with internal teams to help maintain a positive brand image and experience
What We're Looking For:
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written)
Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English
1-3 years experience in customer service, social media, or e-commerce
Able to work shifts including weekends & public holidays (but no overnight shifts!)
Fresh graduates are welcome
