Customer Service: Digital Banking project (Mandarin + English)

Support Location: Menara UOA Business Park, Subang Jaya (linked to LRT/KTM Subang

Jaya)

Working Hours: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM

Working Days: 5 working days 2 off days (based on shift)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: RM4,200 + RM300 KPI Allowance

Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

oDeliver outstanding customer service over the phone promptly, while also fostering

positive relationships with clients;

oSustaining friendly interactions during inbound calls, emails, and live chats within a

dynamic contact center environment;

oAssist in educating our customers about products and alternative digital banking

platforms;

oBroadening the customer base through the promotion of upselling and cross-selling

banking products and services.

Requirements:

oSPM, Diploma /Bachelor's Degree in equivalent course;

oMinimum 1 year of Customer Service experience is a must, experience in Banking

Industry/Financial Services/Fin-Tech would be an extra advantage;

oStrong command of

Mandarin and English

in both verbal and written

communication (COMPULSORY);

oAble to commit working on rotational shift to support international market;

oStrong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,200.00 per month
