Job Description

  • Willing to work on rotational shift basis (including weekends and Public Holiday). Shift Allowance will be provided.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Willing to work in Melaka City.
  • This is 24/7 shift, 5 working days and 2 days off.
Responsibilities
  • Handling incoming calls and enquires from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers expectation.
  • Follow up and resolve customers complains and ensure IT is close to satisfaction.
  • Always work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.
  • To channel and escalate any unresolved issues / complains to other stakeholders or next level within the agreed procedure.
  • Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
