About the Role

:

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Telemarketing / Telesales Representatives to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential or existing customers, promote products or services, and help customers upgrade or enhance their current plans.

This is a target-based role ideal for individuals who are confident communicators, persuasive, and motivated by performance incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Promote and sell products or services aligned with customer needs.

Explain product features and benefits clearly and convincingly.

Handle objections professionally and work towards closing the sale.

?Update customer records and call outcomes in the CRM system.

?Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

?Collaborate with the team to improve overall performance and customer

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: Up to RM120,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 8 per week
