Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Any SPM or above can apply.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.
Responsibility:
Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company\'s products.
To exceed customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
