Role: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin)

Job Type: Contract

Job Location: Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.

Responsibility:
  • Handling all inbound calls pertaining to customer general enquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company\'s products.
  • To exceed customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
  • Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
