Job Summary:

- Shows empathy by listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; and provide solution based on SOP to improve customer satisfaction.

- Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.

- This position requires to attend customer inquiry through live chats, emails & phone calls.

Requirement:

- Candidate must possess at least SPM/O level/UEC, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.

- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Languages required: Mandarin and English to deal with Mandarin and English speaking clients from Taiwan. (Speak, Read & Write)

- Able to work in Sunway Visio, Cheras office.

- Accept 24/7 rotational shift.

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
