Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via chat, email, and calls professionally
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate when required
Maintain customer records and interaction logs
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Follow company policies, processes, and compliance standards
Meet performance KPIs such as response time, resolution rate, and CSAT
Minimum Requirements
Education: SPM or above
Experience: Freshers welcome / 1+ year experience preferred
Language Skills:
Fluent in English
Additional language (Mandarin) is an advantage
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willing to work on rotational shifts
