Job Description

Assisting all shipment of products by land, sea and air to reach the designated sites as required by the customers in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner to achieve company goals and profitability targets.

Report to

: CS Supervisor / CS Executive

CUSTOMER RELATION



Assist Supervisor to update shipments planned based on the information from the shipping agents and transporters related to the shipment requirements for timely completion of job.

CUSTOMS DECLARATION



Assist Supervisor to prepare customs form for registration and clearance.

Enter data of the declaration via SMK and monitor response to register customsdeclaration prior to vessel arrival

CLEARANCE



Assist Supervisor to sort and collate the customs declaration and other adequate supporting documents for attachment prior to submission to customs according to the type of clearance i.e duty payment, tax exemption, OGA permits to ensure acceptance of the documentation and a smooth clearance.

All documents to be handed to Operations for onward submission to customs department to obtain clearance within the stipulated time to avoid any additional cost.

UPDATING of JOB FILE & REPORTING



Upon receipt of customer's documents i.e., Invoice/ Packing List, BL, assist Supervisor to create job in MCloud system and monitor the job through dashboard.

Prepare, update the 'daily Movement Record' and monitor the status of the customs clearance in the daily report for 'high volume' customers in order to give customer firsthand information for the shipment. Constantly update the progress report for shipments exceeding a day's operations.

COST SHEET



Assist Supervisor to ensure all documents are compiled for the generation of the cost sheet for the team leader's checking and approval, thereafter submission to Accounts Department for invoicing.

SAFETY & QUALITY



Comply with the organization's Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) policies, procedures and work instructions, contribute to the maintenance and improvement of the HSEQ management system, the identification of workplace improvements in HSEQ and actively participate in HSEQ related training and meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum SPM with working experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
