Location: Nestle Office, Sijangkang (Port Klang)
Position: Customer Service Coordinator (SAP Invoicing)
Preferred Candidate: Female (Malay)
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM2,500
Transport Allowance: RM100
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Job Responsibilities
Prepare invoices & packing list for export shipments (SAP system).
Verify OBD, booking confirmations & stuffing lists.
Coordinate with warehouse, customs, and pre-shipment teams.
Issue pro-forma, shipping & manual invoices when required.
Handle amendments for vessel details, volume & cargo info.
Ensure timely month-end closing & no service failure.
Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
At least 3 years' experience in logistics / transportation industry.
Familiar with SAP system & proficient in English.
Strong communication skills & service-oriented mindset.
