HIRING NOW - Customer Service Coordinator (Nestle Sijangkang)


Location:

Nestle Office, Sijangkang (Port Klang)

Position:

Customer Service Coordinator (SAP Invoicing)

Basic Salary:

RM2,500

Transport Allowance:

RM100

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM)

Your Responsibilities:



Prepare

invoices & packing lists

for export shipments using SAP. Verify OBD, booking confirmations & stuffing lists before deadlines. Coordinate closely with

warehouse, customs & pre-shipment

teams. Manage vessel/cargo amendments & ensure accurate documents. Support month-end closing to ensure smooth invoicing flow.

Requirements:



Minimum

SPM

or equivalent.

3 years experience

in logistics / transportation / export documentation. Familiar with

SAP system

(invoicing). Fluent in

English & Malay

, with a strong customer-service mindset. Preferably

Female (Malay)

candidate.
