Job Description


As the Customer Service Coordinator, the incumbent will need to communicate clearly and professionally with customers, service engineers and other stakeholders by responding to inquiries, conveying technical information and providing efficient updates on service requests. This role will be overseeing various customers in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore.

  • Stay informed about the service team\'s schedules and calendar planning to ensure optimal team efficiency.
  • Act as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries and service demands through various communication platforms such as telephone, email, and text.
  • Determine warranty status, provide quotations, and share payment information regarding medical device servicing.
  • Assess the need for temporary repair loan equipment as requested by customers and engineers.
  • Coordinate with the Warehouse department to facilitate the transfer of faulty, repaired, or loaned equipment between customers and the company.
  • Schedule preventive maintenance appointments and input relevant Service Orders into the Service System.

Study background: Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree or professional qualification, preferably in a related technical field * An established candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role or order-processing role
  • Exceptional effective interpersonal relationship & communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Have fluent oral and written communication skills in English, and Thai would be an added advantage
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively manage time is essential to ensure smooth and efficient service operations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
