- Experience in customer service will be an added advantage

Sales & Customer Service:
- Handle incoming and outgoing call and walk in customers professionally.
- To schedule therapist massage sequence for the following day.
- Arrange the customer booking and therapist working schedule.
- To promote massage packages and products to customers in order to generate sales and achieve the sales target.
- To clean and maintain Front desk counter.
- Check the room and outlet's environment (e.g. music, candle and etc) and set up of the massage room.
- Receive and record massage clothes and towels from laundry service.
- Assist Company to handle outlet's administration tasks.
- Handle the cash sales transactions and ensure the cash amount is accurate.
- Ensure daily sales record and stock level is tallied with system.
- Bank in cash sales amount on a timely manner.
- Calculate the stock at the counter to ensure the stock amount is correct.
- Update the stock management system daily.
- Undertake any other duties as may be required from time to time.
