Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in the related field (Health Administration/Biomedical/Medical/Business Administration)
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience as Customer Service Executive or administration field.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office Application
  • Must be able to multitask.
  • Available immediately
Responsibilities
  • Organize department meeting.
  • Responsible to the verification of chat between clients and the salesperson
  • Ability to prepare report and documentation request by supervisor.
  • Ability to create new ideas to the department\'s projects.
  • Responsible to calculate the commission of the salesperson.
  • Ad-hoc task request by supervisor
