This is a full-time on-site role for a COD - Customer Service Cum Forwarding at ORBIT SHIPPING SDN BHD, located in Klang. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling communication with clients, and assisting with various customer service-related tasks.
- IMPORT/EXPORT
- CUSTOM CLEARANCE (K1/K8/K2)
- UTILIZED K4, K5, AND K6 IMPORT SYSTEMS TO STREMLINE THE IMPORT PROCESS, ENSURING TIMELY DELIVERY AND COMPLIANCE WITH REGULATIONS.
- (DG) SUBMISSIONS / EDO RELEASES / DSO SUBMISSIONS
- TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
- PARKING AND MEDICAL CLAIM
- BASIC UPTO 2.5K - 3K
- DIPLOMA/BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR EQUIVALENT
Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to maintain positive client relationships
Proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction and effective Conflict Resolution
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
Prior experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
