This is a full-time on-site role for a COD - Customer Service Cum Forwarding at ORBIT SHIPPING SDN BHD, located in Klang. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling communication with clients, and assisting with various customer service-related tasks.

- customs declarations process (K1) for import shipment
- communicating with customers to understand their customs brokerage needs & provide information and updates on their shipments
- processing import documentation and providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding customs regulations, fees and duties
- addressing customer inquiries & concerns
- monitor closely the delivery schedules (FCL & LCL shipments)
- liaise with local customer for arrival shipment, dutiable shipment and delivery status
- arrange truck for delivery of required

Qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to maintain positive client relationships
Proven track record of ensuring Customer Satisfaction and effective Conflict Resolution
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite
Prior experience in the shipping or logistics industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service or related fields are advantageous
