Tanggungjawab
As a Customer Service & Logistic Executive, you will undergo a comprehensive training by the company, and eventually able to support the business daily operation which includes:
Liaise with marketplace, collaborate partners, and corporate clients on order fulfillment and delivery matters
Ensure all customer's orders are printed and fulfilled
Plan delivery routes for drivers and assign delivery job to them
Follow up closely with our delivery partners to ensure on time delivery
