Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Provide clear information about company products and services.
Assist customers in resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare simple reports on customer inquiries and feedback.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in related field.
Good communication skills in
English

Friendly, proactive, and a good team player.
Experience in customer service & logistic operation
Preferred Indian Ladies.
