Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channel Review progress versus objective in the meeting and take corrective action as appropriate Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotion Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customer to build customer loyalty Provide guidance and support to host live and production teams, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on sales strategies and market trends Monitoring live host schedule and be a support system Person in charge of affiliate programme (if needed) Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction Answer call and whatapps professionally to provide information about products and service, take or cancel order, or obtain details complaint Maintain e-commerce rating across all platforms. Keep record of customer service interaction and transaction, recording details of inquiries, complaint and comments as well as action be taken. Process order form and application. Follow up to ensure that appropriate action were taken on customer request. Refer unresolved customer grievance or special request to designated department for further investigation Responsible for manage order, packing order, pick up orders, and delivery order with SOP system designated. Guide and respond dropships/agent inquiries from time to time Responsible for managing all social media dashboard (Tiktok, Shopee and Website) Polish in customer service in Tiktok sales and Shopee sales everyday including return and cancellation of orders Give an idea and also brainstorming sale planner for every month to maintain the target sale and audience.
