Job Description

• Fresh graduates and SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.(minimum education level is SPM)

• Salary opens for negotiation (based on working experience)
• 6 working days per week (off day once a week, weekday only)
• Working Hours: 10am - 7pm
• Able work on Public Holiday.

Responsibilities

• Keep tracking/update tenant door passcode after received rental payment.
• Process any enquiries and feedback from all platforms.
• Ensure feedback and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain accurate records and documents of every customer/ tenant/ Vendor.
• Handle all inbound/outbound calls effectively.
• Troubleshooting for customers on minor technical issues.
• Communicate and coordinate with all internal departments.
• Undertake any other project and ad-hoc assignments as and when required.
• Supervising security arrangements and property maintenance.
• Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction.
• Mediation and conflict resolution knowledge would be an added advantage.
• Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
