• Fluent in both Mandarin and English as the role requires liaising in Mandarin and English
• Also able to understand Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above in any field

Responsibilities

• Reply to customer messages from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat and other platforms.
• Understand and address customers\' needs, complaints, queries and requests.
• Answer incoming calls from customers (if needed)
• Process orders and transactions
• Provide after sales service
• Collect, analyze and summarize data
• Take part in new product development
• Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service delivery
