Customer Service Engineer (US support) - KLCC
To handle customer inquiries through email, chat, and call backs.
The role focuses on delivering excellent service, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels.
Escalate and follow up on issues when needed.
Document interactions in the CRM system.
Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.Maintain clear, professional communication at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree preferred.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Previous customer service or BPO experience is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
