\xe2\x80\xa2 Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customers. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide internal sales support which including preparing quotation, confirmation order, delivery orders, invoices and other relevant documents. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist sales order processing and follow up on the delivery status of orders and track on the collection. \xe2\x80\xa2 Co-ordinate with the logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to the customer. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with customers to provide update order status. \xe2\x80\xa2 Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports. Requirement: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Detailed oriented and passionate towards serving others with great enthusiasm. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to commute to Bangi
