We are looking for Customer Service Junior Executive / Junior Home Advisor (KL-based) to join our top-rated Home Concierge team! Working out of Malaysia, you will be responsible for onboarding our affluent customers in Singapore, maintaining close-knit relationships with them, while providing personalised solutions for their household needs. Job Highlights Basic salary range from RM3,200 to RM3,800 Hybrid work arrangements (3 days WFH / 2 days in KL office) Fast track career progression for top performers Monthly KPI bonus of up to RM400 Your Role As A Customer Service Junior Executive / Junior Home Advisor: Build sound knowledge of our customers during interactions, to ensure personalised interactions and ultimately to establish a credible rapport. Strive to leave the customer with a positive customer experience after every contact by being fast and responsive to their needs. Communicate responses in a clear, concise, and professional manner with customers. Deliver excellent customer service through touch-points such as calls, live chats, written correspondences, and customer service centres. Engage customers together with your team, handle escalations and step in as needed. Identify gaps in day-to-day operations and feedback to improve existing processes. Empathise with and prioritize customer needs, cross-selling different services when needed. Uphold company values and aim to always improve the platform and customer experience.
