Join our growing homestay team in Malacca!

Job Responsibilities:



-Handle guests' enquiries and messages on Airbnb & other booking platforms
-Coordinate and send housekeeping team to units
-Monitor cleaning quality and ensure units are always guest-ready
-Back up housekeeping when needed (especially during peak seasons)
-Check units regularly to ensure everything is in good condition
-Arrange maintenance or contractors to fix wear & tear issues

Requirements:



-Good communication skills (English & Malay; Mandarin is a bonus)
-Possess own transport (for unit visits)
-Basic knowledge of Airbnb or hospitality work is a plus
