Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Good problem-solving skills and ability to perform in a high-paced working environment.
Age Group: 18-55 years old.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handling all inbound calls and live chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other raising issues related to the company's products.
To exceed customers' expectations in terms of customer service and accurate information.
Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
Report on customer feedback and complete call logs and reports
