Customer Communication & Engagement
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, messaging platforms, and in person promptly and professionally.
Conduct appointment reminders and follow-ups via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone calls.
Inform customers of ongoing promotions, packages, and company offerings.
Issue Resolution & Customer Support
Address customer concerns, feedback, and complaints efficiently.
Provide appropriate solutions and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Appointment Coordination & Database Management
Coordinate, schedule, and record customer appointments accurately.
Perform capacity planning to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain, update, and safeguard customer data in compliance with company policies.
Documentation & Reporting
Record customer interactions, feedback, and service outcomes.
Verify and review documents provided by customers.
Report customer feedback and issues to management in a timely manner.
Interdepartmental Coordination
Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Communicate operational updates and customer requirements clearly.
Workspace & Stock Management
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped front desk and service area.
Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels of operational items.
Product Knowledge & Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on company products, services, and procedures.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through attentive listening and engagement.
Gather accurate information to support effective and timely decision-making.
Customer Satisfaction & Service Excellence
Deliver consistently high standards of customer service.
Ensure overall customer comfort, satisfaction, and positive experience.
Supply & Administrative Support
Coordinate with the admin office on supply-related matters, including stationery and treatment consumables.
Teamwork & Flexibility
Support team members through multitasking when required.
Demonstrate flexibility and teamwork in daily operations.
Additional Duties
Perform other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
