Diploma in any field.


Other Requirements :

2 years customer service experience

in relevant industry (Preferably Component selling industry) Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and exceptional follow-up capabilities. Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Required training: sales and marketing related subjects, ISO 9001 Awareness and Internal Audit

Manage the RFQ process--prepare quotations within 24 hours.

Provide initial pricing indications from open market sources

and

China partners

to accelerate RFQ responses. Benchmark market prices to ensure quotations reflect current conditions. Generate BOM quotations within 24-48 hours using the Auto Count system. Prepare customer quotes in accordance with company guidelines,

collaborating with local and China partners

. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat. Clarify customer complaints, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Follow up to confirm issues are resolved and customers are satisfied. Escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate teams and track resolution progress. Prepare CoC, invoices, and delivery orders following goods inspection. Coordinate pickups and deliveries with logistics providers (e.g., FedEx, China logistics) per customer incoterms. Deliver goods to customers as scheduled, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor payments in Auto Count, follow up on overdue invoices, and escalate delays to management. Maintain a value?added approach to drive sales growth and foster long?term partnerships. Support sales team and contribute to a positive team environment. Present weekly customer portfolio updates and order status to management, flagging potential opportunities. Carry out all tasks outlined in the Quality Management System. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Additional Criteria:

Preferably a candidate residing in Kulim, as the role will be based at our customer's factory in Kulim. The candidate will be required to travel to our Penang office to attend weekly staff meetings and on an as-needed basis. Preferably possesses basic technical knowledge, such as the ability to understand engineering drawings or to sketch simple drawings.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
