Job Overview
As an
Customer Service Business Support Executive
, you will play a key role in supporting the company's international operations and client relationships. Your responsibilities include assisting overseas agents and partners, managing enquiries, coordinating logistics documentation, and ensuring smooth operational processes across global markets. You will collaborate closely with colleagues in various regions, particularly Greater China, to strengthen partnerships and contribute to the company's international business efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and administrative support to overseas agents and international partners.
Assist in managing enquiries and coordinating timely responses to client and partner requests.
Prepare and review quotations, documents, and other logistics-related paperwork.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of international shipments and services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with overseas partners to support long-term collaboration.
Support additional services such as customs clearance and transportation coordination as needed.
Contribute to improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's international operations.
Work closely with overseas colleagues, especially in Hong Kong and Taiwan, to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.
What We're Looking For
Experience in freight forwarding, sales, or international business development is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle enquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
Chinese-speaking is required to communicate effectively with colleagues and counterparts in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
