Requirements



Malaysian only Good communication in English and Bahasa Immediate intake. Must possess at least a Diploma Fresh graduates/candidates with or without relevant working experience. Good communication skills Training will be provided.

Responsibility



Call center for medical/health care Handle customer inquiries over the Voice (inbound call) and Non-voice (LiveChat, Emails, WhatsApp) channel Receiving general queries (medical related) from customer (MRI or CT scan etc) Collect details and check the availability of specialist or Doctor Assist customers in making and scheduling for appointment Provide accurate information (medical-related)

Benefits



Basic salary (RM2,800-RM3,000) , Attendance allowance (RM100), KPI (RM500) Annual leave 16 days per annum after confirmation
Medical & hospitalization covered EPF, SOCSO and EIS covered Working hour: within 8AM - 8PM (8 working hours and 1 hour lunch break) 5 or 5.5 working days per week Office location within walking distance from LRT station (Ampang Park & KLCC station)
