- Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
- SPM and above
- Must be able to speak in Cantonese
- Able to demonstrate critical thinking, a proactive attitude, and composed communication in challenging situations.
- Willing to Relocate to Ara Damansara
- Able to handle incoming customer inquiries over the telephone or other channels by providing accurate, efficient, and quality service that exceeds customers\' expectations.
- Handle Product, Sales & Promotion enquiries on Printers, Cameras, Scanners, Projectors and other products
- Excellent telephone etiquette with the ability to remain professional, confident, and patient.
- Ability to multi-task and with a good attention to details
- Filter call base on product and require different assistance such as software help and to transfer to the department in charge
