Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively

Responsibilities
Answering customer and client questions
Handle pre and post reservation inquiries by phone and e-mail
Modify, change and/or cancel existing reservation
Act as a liaison between customer and airlines/hotel to arrange special request/ to resolve complaint
