Job responsibility :
Provide service advisory and explaining admission requirement and procedures to tenant.
coordinating with fellow colleagues on the service status of customers.
Handle feedback from customers with good closure.
Assist in the billing, collection of payment and handling of day-end settlement.
Tactfully and professionally follow up with customers, to elicit timely repayments.
Support daily centre operational administrative tasks.
Attend to walk-in customers, handle phone calls and email enquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
