Provide excellent customer service support and experience to our e-commerce customers across our E-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc
Use phone, instant messaging and email to provide fast response to customer enquiries on products, order status and after sales services or regarding a product
May need to make phone calls to our customers for further follow-up on their orders and enquiries
Manage the entire order processing cycle with other departments
Helping customers in their online buying journey
Helping customers to resolve any post-sales issues
REQUIREMENTS :
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
At least 1 year experience in E-commerce
Customer-centric / Strong customer service mindset.
Independent and resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
Required skill (s): Communication skill, Customer Service, Microsoft Office.
Good communication skills with written and verbal proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. Additional proficiency in any other languages are a strong plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
