  • Degree fresh graduate with good English communication skill can be considered
  • Must be able to support 24/7
Responsibilities
  • Provide best customer service to call in customers by call & email.
  • Handle incoming call, provide solution & follow up on the case
  • Escalate any case or complaints to team leader & manager.
