Attending to inbound cals, live chats and emails
Respond to customers' general queries, complaints/feedbacks in a timely and accurate way.
Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their mobile subscriptions, mobile plans, contract, mobile devices and monthly payments issues
Manage customer complaints and feedback accordingly.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (no experience needed)
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Able to handle customer inquiries politely and professionally
Team player with good problem-solving skills
Able to work on rotational shift (including weekends and public holidays, if required)
Can start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
