Job Description

Job Purpose



To respond to customer inquiries and complaints, coordinate after-sales technical support and spare parts, and ensure timely and professional resolution of issues through proactive communication and on-site service when necessary, contributing to high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities



To act as the first point of contact for all customer complaints and service requests to ensure prompt response and resolution. To handle product inquiries and technical questions to support customer decision-making. To conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot product issues and deliver frontline technical support (if needed). To coordinate technical support and internal resources to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. To manage spare parts orders and warranty claims to ensure minimal disruption to customer operations. To foster strong customer relationships through proactive engagement and value-added after-sales support.

Job Requirements



A recognized Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in Corporate Sales and/or Marketing field, experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus Basic mechanical and hydraulic system understanding to support frontline diagnosis. Ability to handle multiple inquiries, site visits, and follow-ups while maintaining service quality. Working knowledge of CRM platforms, service ticketing systems, and case documentation standards. Detail-oriented in handling documentation for sales support, service records, quotations, etc. Demonstrates clear, professional, and empathetic communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a dynamic environment and proactively follow up on unresolved issues. Willingness and ability to travel for customer site visits and field support. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Good in computer skills in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
