This is a full time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive located in Georgetown, Penang.
Responsibilities:-
- Handling customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate information
- Resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing customer support requests and conduct follow up communications
- Managing customer service metrics and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience
- Support administrative tasks related to laboratory operations and documentation
- Coordinate with laboratory and technical teams to ensure timely completion of analyses
Qualifications:-
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction & customer support abilities
- Experience in Customer Service roles are a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong problem solving and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field preferred.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
