Tanggungjawab
  • Handle customer enquiries over the phone call (Inbound only), email, live chat, WhatsApp
  • Making appointments and scheduling accordingly
  • Records & answer to customer inquiries
  • Obtain any relevant information to handle service inquiries
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
