Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Identify customer needs, clarify concerns, research issues thoroughly, and deliver effective solutions or alternatives.
Ensure data accuracy by verifying and maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and going the extra mile.
Job Requirements:
Fresh Graduates (Diploma/Degree) are encouraged to apply.
Minimum 1-year of contact centre experience is preferred.
Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia both spoken and written.
Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working under pressure and managing stressful situations professionally.
Candidate must be able to attend the interview immediately.
Fully vaccinated with Covid-19 Vaccination.
