Working Hours:

9AM - 6AM

Working Days:

Monday - Friday (weekend off)

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a

Customer Service Executive (Inbound Sales)

. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their enquiries are handled promptly, professionally, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond professionally to all inbound calls, including urgent or high-priority situations. Deliver friendly, efficient, and high-quality service to customers. Act as the primary point of contact to handle, manage, and resolve customer enquiries and complaints. Provide accurate, clear, and customised information in every interaction using the tools and guidelines provided. Escalate cases to relevant departments within the required timeline. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up with respective departments until issues are fully resolved. Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by management from time to time, within the scope of your employment.

Requirements:



Education:

Minimum SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma or equivalent qualification in any field.

Languages:

Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written).

Experience:

Prior customer service experience, especially in the

banking industry

or with

banking products

, will be an advantage. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capability to remain composed in challenging situations. Customer-oriented mindset with a high level of professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
