Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to the
E-hailing service
. Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers. Record and escalate cases when necessary. Maintain professionalism and good communication at all times.Requirements:
Minimum
SPM qualification
. Able to workrotational shifts
(including weekends/public holidays). Willing to work5.5 or 6 days per week
. Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude. Able to start work inNovember
.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
