Record and escalate cases when necessary.
Maintain professionalism and good communication at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum
SPM qualification

Able to work
rotational shifts
(including weekends/public holidays).
Willing to work
5.5 or 6 days per week

Good communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
