Job Position: Customer Service Executive
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Interact to build good commercial relationship with all customers.
2. Establish insights into customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs and expectations, and provide inputs for product and service development.
3. Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
4. Establish in-depth working knowledge of the Company\xe2\x80\x99s systems and processes and the logistics industry as a whole.
5. Deliver performance standards to meet service goals of the Company.
6. Explore feedback and reports to the Company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
7. Any other duties as & when assigned.
Qualifications:
-SPM Level or equivalent
Experience:
-Minimum 1 to 2 years in Customer Service, preferably in logistics, automotive and industrial sectors, and marine industries
Knowledge and Skills:
-Good communications and interpersonal skills
-Good knowledge of logistics and operation processes in logistics, automotive and industrial sectors, and marine industries
