Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person politely and professionally.
Assist customers with product/service information, complaints, and feedback.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support the resolution of customer issues and escalate complex matters to supervisors.
Prepare reports on customer feedback, complaints, and service performance.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth customer service.
Support customer-related events or activities as directed.
Requirements
Male/Female, aged 20-25 years old.
Diploma/Degree in Business, Communications, Customer Service, or related fields.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM systems.
Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work under supervision.
Friendly, patient, and motivated to provide excellent customer service.
Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
