We are seeking a Logistics Customer Service professional to join our team at TCL Worldwide Logistics in Bukit Tinggi, Klang. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients within the import/export & customs forwarding sector.
What you'll be doing
Responsible for handling all shipment coordination including FCL/LCL/Air Freight Road Transport & Customs Clearance.
Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner on a daily basis.
Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of goods.
Handle costing, billing documentation precisely and accurately.
Maintaining accurate records in system and timely documentation preparation & filing for audit purpose.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.
Requirement
Candidate must possess at least SPM level and above.
Required Language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Fresh graduates welcome to apply and training will be provided.
Positive and good attitude.
Working Hour : Monday - Friday / 9am - 6pm.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
