POSITION - CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
LOCATION - KLANG
SALARY - RM 4000-4500

You will assist in managing purchases and sales of steel products in the following functions;
Receiving, monitoring and reviewing all sales and purchase contract received through the mails, e-mails and faxes.
Check contract terms and conditions to ensure shipment, delivery dates, submission of documents, monitoring expiry of letters of credits.
Provide administrative services and liaison supports in connection with the above.
Handle all import / export enquiries and coordinate with buyers / suppliers on shipment details.
Maintain and update all sales and purchases data on timely basis and prepare and submit status reports to related parties.
Assist General Manager to follow up on potential buyer / suppliers to obtain quote, revisions and other trading issues.
Requirements:
Preferably a Degree holder, you will have 2 or more of practical commercial experience in logistic, shipping procedures, dealings with construction firm and steel stockist / manufacturer.
You will have a knowledge and experiences in the international trading environment.
Familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
Successful Candidate will be offered:
Salary RM4000 to RM4500 subject to relevant experiences
Yearly Bonus and an attractive remuneration.
