Provide a positive customer experience through friendly, professional, and courteous service.
Handle inbound phone calls, emails and messages for reservations, enquiries, and customer support related to Livehouse/KTV operations.
Assist in coordinating booking details and ensuring accurate information is passed to the Operations/Reception team for evening service.
Maintain proper records of reservations, customer requests, and special arrangements in the system.
Communicate effectively with outlet teams to ensure smooth handover before operation hours begin.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high work quality.
Ensure customer issues or concerns are escalated to the relevant department promptly.
Maintain updated and accurate product knowledge, including room types, pricing, promotions, packages, events, and outlet offerings.
Promote and upsell premium rooms, packages, and add-on services based on customer needs and preferences.
Perform any other duties assigned by the superior or management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
